The Educare Learning Network’s Logic Model consists of a variety of services and strategies and short-term indicators designed to measure a variety of long-term outcomes for Educare students and their families, as well as for each Educare school and its local community.

Agency and Community Outcomes

Educare staff will:

• Be knowledgeable about child and family development and will competently provide high-quality services to children and families (Staff Survey).
• Provide developmentally appropriate child care (ITERS-3)
• Plan and conduct classroom activities that will build cognitive skills. (Toddler CLASS; Pre-K CLASS)

Educare Schools

• will have organizational culture that support a reflective, collaborative, and interdisciplinary approach to working with children and families.
• will make effective and efficient use of public and private funds
• will have active, on-going partnerships with a wide range of organizations in the community.
• will improve the quality of early childhood care and education in the community.
