FPG provides websites for entering and retrieving data.  The websites include:

1) The main survey site: https://survey.fpg.unc.edu/educareis/
– enter children, staff, and classroom rosters
– enter child assessment data (PLS, PPVT, DECA)
– enter classroom observation data (ITERS-3, Toddler and PreK CLASS)
– download templates and upload data
– retrieve reports such as annual data collection progress, error reports, a summary reports of classroom and child data for your site
Chapter 2 of the National Evaluation Manual provides detailed instructions on these processes. Chapter 12 includes details about the error report and download/upload for Attendance and Disabilities data.

2) The parent survey sites  

Links and passwords are provided by FPG as the site is updated for a new round of interviews/surveys. LEPs can enter parent interview and spring survey data and download raw data files.  These sites can also be used to track staff survey completion, though LEPs cannot directly enter or access staff survey data.
