This section explains how to download on-demand spreadsheets and reports from the websites where data are entered.  These spreadsheets and reports are available to you any time, as soon as you have entered data.  They only show your own site’s data.  

You can:

• retrieve data you enter into the EIS website where you enter classroom observations and child assessments
• retrieve fall parent interview and spring parent survey data you have entered to the FPG Survey website
• generate various on demand reports showing data you have entered through the EIS website
