After the close of each school year, LEPs submit data on children’s attendance and disability status.  Note: we collect information about special needs for every child who had an IEP or IFSP *at any time* during the school year. 

These data are the only type of EIS data that are not submitted through an online survey system.  Instead, FPG generates spreadsheets that are completed by sites. The spreadsheets are available for download on the EIS site after completing error corrections. 

In order to generate spreadsheets that include a row for every child enrolled during the school year, FPG needs each site to update their children and rosters in the survey system.  For this reason, prior to generating the spreadsheets, LEPs are able to access error reports at any time via the reports tab on the EIS site.
