Staff survey data are the only national evaluation data the LEP team does not have immediate access to and does not have the option of entering for the respondent. This is so staff members can feel comfortable sharing their honest opinions and beliefs on the staff survey.

Staff members complete the survey online via a link sent to their email or on paper that is then placed in an envelope, sealed, and mailed to FPG for data entry. No LEP should see the data from an individual staff survey.

The staff survey reports on SharePoint are by staff type (teacher, family support, and mentor teacher). If there are fewer than 3 respondents in any of those reports for the site, the LEP team will instead receive an Overall report. The teacher reports are also broken into sub-types (aide, assistant, lead, and other). If one of those sub-types has fewer than 3 respondents, the report will show all teaching staff combined rather than broken out into those subtypes.
