Chapter 13 – Data Use
Once collected and entered into FPG’s systems, Educare National Evaluation data can be obtained by LEPs by a number of methods and in a number of formats.
All data except staff surveys can be extracted from the survey sites where the data were entered.
Datasets are provided on the SharePoint site. Each LEP has access to their own site’s data (OWNSITE) as well as datasets that include data from across the network (ALLSITES).
FPG provides summary reports on SharePoint, with means and frequencies for your site, Other Sites, and All Sites.
