Log in with your ONYEN and password.

As is the case with many types of Educare data, there are two options for data entry – manually entering data one classroom at a time, or using the Upload feature. 

Manual Entry

Go to the Classrooms tab and click Edit beside the row of the classroom you would like to add CLASS data for

Then go to the Observations tab, select the CLASS observation from the drop-down menu, and click Add.

Upload

Go to the Upload tab and then select New Upload

Select the CLASS measure, download the template, complete the fields, and save it. Use the Upload Completed Data File feature to upload your completed template to the system.
