Parent interviews (and spring surveys) are not entered into the survey website that is used for most National Evaluation data.  They are entered here:

https://survey.fpg.unc.edu/educare

Note: in early August of each year, the site is “flipped” to the new school year.  Anyone wishing to enter data for the previous year will use a different url provided by FPG’s DMAC team. 

The parent interview screens can be used by the interviewer to conduct the interview.  The interviewer can also use paper forms and then enter the data into the screen later. 

To enter an interview, the login name is the site acronym, an underscore, and the Child ID.  For example: PHX_22222

Each site has one password that they will use with every interview or survey.  The password can be obtained from Keil Jones.
