The Spring Parent Survey differs from the Fall Parent interviews in the following key ways:

• The Spring Parent Survey includes two sections
  • Section 1: Family – 1 survey per family
  • Section 2: Child – 1 survey for each child of the family currently enrolled in Educare
  • For example: A family has 2 children enrolled in Educare. The parent/guardian completing the Spring Parent Survey will receive one copy of Section 1: Family, and 2 copies of Section 2: Child.
• The Spring Parent Survey isintended to collect parents’ thoughts about the Educare program, teachers and staff, etc.
• The Spring Parent Survey must be collected and entered into FPG’s system by the LEP, not by Educare School staff.  

The target date to complete data entry is June 15.
